New prizing innovation enables multiple prize tiers, including progressive jackpots, to combine into a unified prize during designated periods of play

Allwyn-owned games provider Instant Win Gaming (IWG) has debuted its new InstantFuse jackpot innovation with the North Carolina Education Lottery and Virginia Lottery.

InstantFuse is now live within IWG’s newest multi-state progressive program, Rocket Jackpots, merging separate jackpot pools into a combined jackpot for a limited time each day.

Launching initially with the North Carolina Education Lottery (NCEL) and Virginia Lottery, Rocket Jackpots features two independent multi-lottery jackpots – Power Jackpot and Boost Jackpot – which merge during a scheduled daily window into a single combined Power Boost Jackpot.

“InstantFuse is a true step-change in how jackpot games can be experienced,” said IWG executive vice president Jason Lisiecki. “For the first time, lotteries can create scheduled moments where multiple jackpots combine into a single, more powerful prize. It’s a simple concept with a big impact, enhancing player excitement while supporting a sustainable jackpot ecosystem.”

Virginia Lottery strategic games manager Corey Klingel said: “Rocket Jackpots represents the next evolution of our progressive offering. With InstantFuse at its core, we’re introducing a new way for players to experience jackpots – bringing them together in moments that truly matter.”

Allan Altholz, draw and digital games product manager at NCEL added: “We’re excited to launch Rocket Jackpots and introduce InstantFuse to our players. It’s a unique concept that brings something genuinely new to jackpot gameplay while enhancing the overall player experience.”

Shares in IWG parent Allwyn AG (ATH:ALWN) were trading 4.16 per cent higher at €13.77 per share in Athens Monday morning.
