KPMG executive Ray Anderson assumes CFO role on interim basis

Scientific Games has appointed KPMG executive Ray Anderson as interim chief financial officer.

Anderson will assume the role on May 15, replacing incumbent CFO Nick Negro, who is stepping down after three years with the business to take on opportunity based in Chicago that allows him to be closer to his family.

Anderson has served as global lead partner at KPMG since 2020, having joined the company in 2003 as an audit partner before climbing through the ranks.

Scientific Games chief executive Pat McHugh said: “Ray is a highly respected finance leader with extensive global experience advising large, complex organizations. We are confident in his ability to support the business and our Finance organization during this transition.”

McHugh also acknowledged the contribution made by Negro over the past three years as a member of SG’s leadership team.

“During his time with the company, he significantly strengthened our financial and procurement organizations and helped position Scientific Games for continued growth,” said McHugh. “We thank Nick for his contributions and wish him all the best.”

The search for a permanent CFO is underway.
