Launch in Nigeria, Kenya and Ghana comes weeks after Gaming Realms’ market debut in South Africa
Gaming Realms has expanded its African footprint after going live with SportyBet in three countries on the continent.
The creator of the Slingo format has entered Nigeria, Kenya and Ghana, just weeks after its market debut in South Africa.
SportyBet players can now access a portfolio of Slingo games, including player favourites Slingo Sweet Bonanza, Slingo Day of the Dab and Slingo Xxxtreme.
“Entering three new African markets at once together with SportyBet is a fantastic achievement for the Gaming Realms team,” said Gaming Realms account manager Laura Norton. “We are encouraged by the initial performance and are confident our unique content is appealing to SportyBet’s local customers and look forward to a successful partnership.”
Joey Hurtado, director of casino at SportyBet, said: “Being the first operator to introduce Gaming Realms’ content in three of our core African markets is a real coup. Their product offering provides something truly different and this collaboration helps us deliver on our promise to offer our customers a best-in-class entertainment experience.”
Shares in Gaming Realms plc (LSE:GMR) were trading 1.16 per cent lower at 32.02 pence per share in London Friday morning.
