Winvia adds The Giveaway Guys and Win Life Competitions for UK portfolio
Winvia Entertainment has agreed to acquire UK prize draw businesses The Giveaway Guys and Win Life Competitions.
The acquisitions expand Winvia’s presence in the prize draw market and follow the recent acquisition of United Kingdom-based prize draw platform Rev Comps.
Winvia said that The Giveaway Guys has demonstrated consistent engagement across its player community since its inception in 2020, while the recently launched Win Life brand provides a strong base of recurring revenue.
The company will pay £19.1 million to acquire the businesses, consisting of an initial payment of £15.47 million at completion and a £3.63m deferred payment.
“This acquisition represents another significant step in delivering our strategy to build a leading position in the UK prize draw market,” said Winvia chief executive Mihai Manoila. “TOGG and Win Life are high-quality brands with strong customer engagement, attractive economics and significant growth potential.
“In addition to expanding our scale and market reach, we see a clear opportunity to leverage Winvia’s proprietary technology platform, operational expertise and product innovation capabilities to enhance performance and drive further growth.”
The transactions are expected to complete in October 2026.
Winvia Entertainment is majority owned by Playtech founder Teddy Sagi and operates prize draw and competition websites such as BOTB.com in the UK, and iGaming sites such as Princess Casino in Romania.
The company began trading on the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange in November 2025.
Shares in Winvia Entertainment plc. (LSE:WVIA) gained 5.26 per cent to close at 300.00 pence per share in London Tuesday, as the company also announced its financial results for the first half of 2026.
