Scientific Games completed the integration of Bally Technologies at the end of Q3 last year. It retains the four brands (SG, Bally, ShuffleMaster and WMS) that have built its reputation, but the four companies’ staff have been reorganised into three divisions (gaming, interactive and lottery). Now, the task is to get those divisions working together for the mutual benefit of customers and shareholders alike.
