Spanish gaming operator Cirsa has expanded its slot route operations in Valencia with the acquisition of Catarroja-based Amusement Machines Grupo Comatel.
Comatel is one of the leading slot route operators in bar and restaurant establishments across the Valencian Community.
Cirsa said that the multiple paid for the business was in line with previous transactions carried out by the company, with the transaction financed through available liquidity.
The acquisition is part of Cirsa’s M&A growth strategy and strengthens the company’s Spain Slots business segment.
During the third quarter of 2025, the Spain Slots segment saw net operating revenue increase by 5.7 per cent to €101.43 million, with EBITDA climbing 19.9 per cent to €51.98 million.
Shares in CIRSA Enterprises SAU (BME:CIRSA) were trading 0.15 per cent lower at €13.51 per share in Madrid Friday morning.
