Rank Group has appointed former Manchester United finance chief Cliff Baty as interim chief financial officer.
Baty will assume the role on 23 February, replacing former CFO Richard Harris, who was named interim chief executive of Rank in January following the departure of John O’Reilly.
Baty served as CFO of Manchester United football club from March 2016 to May 2024 and also has more than 10 years of gaming industry experience, having served as CFO of Sportech and finance director at Entain (Ladbrokes).
Shares in Rank Group plc. (LSE:RNK) closed 0.65 per cent higher at 92.29 pence per share in London Monday, prior to this morning’s announcement.
