Full ownership in iGaming technology provider unites 100 iGaming specialists under one brand
UK-based business consultancy Rokker is looking to provide an enhanced proposition for iGaming operators and suppliers after taking over full ownership in Pretty Technical.
Rokker has acquired the remaining shareholding in Pretty Technical and is bringing the business fully under the Rokker brand, completing a process that began last summer when Rokker acquired a majority stake in the technology business.
Pretty Technical’s product portfolio, engineering talent and Innovation Labs team are being fully integrated into Rokker, sitting alongside Rokker’s existing consulting expertise and its RokkerX managed services and operations business, which manages Tier 1 operator and supplier business functions across 11 jurisdictions.
Following full acquisition, Pretty Technical CEO Emma Blaylock becomes CEO of the combined Rokker business, while Rokker founder Andy Rogers continues in an active role as founder and chairman.
Pretty Technical co-founder Andre Marenke joins the Rokker board as group chief information officer, and Trevor Milsom continues his role as group chief financial officer.
“This is about giving our clients more of what they’ve always come to Rokker for, clarity and control, backed by significantly more capability to deliver it,” said Rogers. “We now have the technology, the engineering talent and the operational scale to go further for our partners, at pace, without asking them to manage the complexity of stitching it together themselves.”
Pretty Technical’s existing innovation team will become Rokker Innovation Labs, a dedicated group applying AI and agentic technology to commercial client problems.
