Finland's state-controlled gaming operator Rahaautomaattiyhdistys (RAY) has posted a 2 per cent drop in revenue to €255.6m for the first four months of 2014, with results impacted by the economic downturn in Finland.

RAY said that the decline in customer spending across Finland was now beginning to affect the margins of all its gaming operations, except its online gaming business, with the company’s “long-running positive yield development” now starting to decline slightly.
