Sweden’s Betsson has warned that operating profit could fall by as much as 34.5 per cent during the second quarter of 2016, with results negative impacted by lower sportsbook revenue and unfavourable exchange rate fluctuations.
The operator said that second quarter revenue was expected to be between SEK920m and SEK945m, which would be an increase of around 7 to 10 per cent compared to last year’s total (Q2 2015: SEK860.6m).
