European lottery and sports betting operator SAZKA has reported a 7.9 per cent increase in net gaming revenue to €297.1m for the first quarter of 2018.
The growth was driven by a strong sports betting performance which helped to offset a decline in lotteries revenue, while instant lotteries revenue remained stable.
