Toronto-listed gaming operator The Stars Group increased revenue by 55 per cent to US$2,029.2m in 2018, driven by recent acquisitions including Sky Betting & Gaming (SBG).

The company grew revenue across all lines of operation, with Betting revenue climbing by 897.6 per cent year-on-year to $491.1m following the acquisition of SBG and Australia’s BetEasy.

SBG contributed $394.1m to total revenue and a loss of $121.9m during the period, while BetEasy contributed revenue of $196.9 and a loss of $16.7m.
