Playtech has expressed its disappointment that the UK Listing Authority has deemed the company to be ineligible for a premium listing on the London Stock Exchange until 2012 at the earliest, due to a lack of an audited track record covering at least 75 per cent of its business for the past three years as a result of the William Hill Online joint venture which was formed in late 2008.
