Swedish online gaming operator Betsson said Thursday that it has terminated joint venture discussions with Italy’s Gmatica, as it revealed an 11 per cent improvement in first quarter net gaming revenues.
Total revenues increased by 14 per cent year-on-year to SEK417.4m with net gaming revenues amounting to SEK330.8m, an increase of 11 per cent versus a year ago, with solid sportsbook revenue growth cushioning the impact of a 40 per cent decline in poker.
