Canada’s Amaya Gaming Group has moved closer to completing the acquisition of online casino developer Chartwell Technology following the closing of a bought deal private placement which raised aggregate gross proceeds of CAD$10.23m.
The offering was conducted through a syndicate of underwriters led by Canaccord Genuity Corp and included Laurentian Bank Securities Inc.
