New York-listed gaming supplier Inspired Entertainment has moved closer to acquiring certain businesses of Novomatic UK following approval from the UK Competition and Markets Authority (CMA).
Inspired Entertainment agreed a $120m deal in June to acquire Novomatic’s Gaming Technology Group, which supplies Category B3, C and D gaming terminals to pubs, arcades and other venues in the UK, complementing Inspired’s Category B2/B3 gaming terminals business.
