iGaming Ontario has reported a 49 per cent increase in total iGaming turnover to CAD$17.23 billion (€11.73 billion) in the fiscal third quarter ended 31 December 2023.
Online casino gaming was the largest sector with wagers of CAD$13.70 billion during the three month period, accounting for 80 per cent of the total.
Sports betting generated wagers of CAD$3.1 billion and CAD$431 million was staked on online poker.
