Mississippi’s 26 licensed sportsbooks collected total wagers of $34.5m during the month of February, an increase of 37 per cent year-on-year.
Basketball accounted for nearly two-thirds of the total with wagers of $21.7m, followed by football at $6.3m. Sports parlay cards generated a further $3.3m in wagers, while baseball and other sports generated a combined $3.3m.
