London-listed binary options provider TechFinancials has agreed a joint venture with Hong Kong-based Optionfortune Trade Limited to launch a new customer-facing trading platform focused on the Asia Pacific region.
TechFinancials said that the deal marked the first significant development for the company in its Asian expansion plans since its IPO in March, and was in keeping with its strategy to penetrate markets with significant high growth potential.
