A Missouri resident has pleaded guilty in federal court for his role in operating an illegal online gambling operation which utilized two Costa-Rica based websites.
David M Ketchmark, Acting United States Attorney for the Western District of Missouri, said that William Lisle, 57, pleaded guilty before U.S District Judge Richard E Dorr to the charges contained in a federal indictment returned under seal by a federal grand jury in February.
