After many months of waiting, Italy’s new online gaming regime became a reality on March 9th when the Comunitaria legislation became law.

The new law ushers in the most significant changes in years and will allow existing operators to begin offering cash poker and online casino games as soon as they have implemented new responsible gaming requirements and secured approval of technology platforms.
