Germany’s media supervisory authority ZAK has warned of possible bans for future broadcasts of TV programmes which feature advertising for the German lottery Süddeutsche Klassenlotterie (SKL), now known under the umbrella organisation name Gemeinsame Klassenlotterie (GKL).
The warning follows a recent decision by ZAK (Commission on Licensing and Supervision) regarding the German TV show ‘Show zum Tag des Glücks’.
