Sweden’s ATG bans the use of automated betting bots

Swedish horse race betting provider ATG changed its betting rules Wednesday to prohibit the use of automated betting bots, despite estimates that they account for more than SEK300m (€34.8m) of annual turnover.The new rule, which came into effect Wednesday, includes the horse racing pools coupons V75, V86, V64, V65, V5 and V4 and is designed to end the high win rate of players using this type of software to place multiple high-stakes bets.The horse race [...]
