PokerStars parent Rational Group has filed its appeal against a New Jersey judge’s decision to uphold Colony Capital’s decision to pull the plug on the Rational takeover of the Atlantic Club.
However, the appeal would appear too late to stop an interruption in PokerStars’ New Jersey licensing procedure, which was effectively ended when the Division of Gaming Enforcement (DGE) director David Rebuck cancelled a trip to Rational’s Isle of Man headquarters two weeks ago.
