The Netherlands Court of Appeal has backed Sheriff Gaming and dismissed an appeal by rival 3D casino games developer BetSoftGaming who had claimed that Sheriff had infringed its intellectual property rights.
The appeal was launched by BetSoft after the Netherlands Court of First Instance ruled in favour of Sheriff Gaming earlier this year.
