Italian MoF dismisses proposed ban on gambling expansion

Italy’s Ministry of Finance has dismissed a motion supported by the country’s Senate which would enforce a year-long ban on new gambling enterprises launching in the market, describing the measure as “inapplicable”, “unlawful” and likely to severely impact revenues.
