Sports betting integrity body ESSA today published its Integrity Report 2014, which shows that a total of 30 sporting events in 2013 were referred to the relevant sporting and regulatory authorities over suspicious betting activity.
The Integrity Report 2014 shows that ESSA's betting industry members issued 148 unusual betting alerts in 2013, 36 per cent more than the previous year, of which 30 were referred to sports and regulatory authorities for further investigation.
