Nevada Governor Brian Sandovall has signed two pieces of legislation into law that will allow sportsbooks to accept wagers from betting syndicates and permit licensed betting operators to manage facilities in other jurisdictions.
Senate Bill 443 allows for a racebook or sports pool to accept wagers from what is described as a “business entity” that has established a wagering account with the operator, and provided it supplies several pieces of information.
