German legal experts call for overhaul of gambling legislation

Pressure continues to grow on Germany’s State Treaty on Gambling and its regulatory body the Glücksspielkollegium, with two lawyers publishing opinions Thursday attacking Germany's lottery legislation as a restriction on the freedom to provide services, and describing the status of the regulator as unconstitutional.
