ECJ orders Hungary to justify legality of slot machine restrictions

The Court of Justice of the European Union has deemed changes to Hungary’s gambling laws that ban amusement arcades from operating slot machines as infringing on the right to provide services, ordering the Hungarian legal system to determine whether such restrictions can be justified.
