CrownBet has been fined for publishing illegal betting advertising in the state of New South Wales and ordered to pay AUD$10,000 in legal costs after being found guilty of five breaches of the state’s gambling advertising regulations.
The company was prosecuted by state regulator Liquor & Gaming NSW, having been found guilty of offering inducements for NSW residents to gamble, resulting in a $10,500 fine.
