The Poker Players Alliance (PPA) has urged lawmakers to reject proposed amendments to reinstate so called ‘bad actor’ provisions within online poker legislation in California.
The poker grassroots advocacy group said that the proposed amendments to Assemblymember Adam Gray’s AB2863 bill would restrict competition, leave players dissatisfied, and make the legislation less likely to pass.
