A subsidiary of Austrian gaming giant NOVOMATIC is set to be hit with a number of lawsuits after a court ruled that the division’s gaming machines did not adhere to the country's maximum deposit and profit limits for gaming machines.

The corporation’s Austrian Gaming Industries subsidiary, operator of Vienna’s Admiral Casino, has been ordered to repay a player’s €107,420 loss after it was found to have allowed players to win higher sums than the €20 maximum payout.
