The UK Gambling Commission (UKGC) has warned its licensees to review their terms and conditions relating to bonus offers or risk being charged with breaking consumer protection laws.
The regulator said that its ongoing work with the Competition and Markets Authority (CMA) into the use of unfair terms and misleading practices by iGaming operators would see consumer protection efforts stepped up in 2018.
