France’s government has finalised legislation to permit poker operators to share liquidity with other European jurisdictions, with the country’s President François Hollande to sign the bill into law in the next 15 days.

The wide-ranging legislation, the Projet de loi pour une République numérique or ‘digital bill’, sets out a number of new controls for France’s ecommerce, telecommunications and iGaming sectors.
