Scientific Games agrees $151.4m payment to settle Shuffle Tech litigation

Scientific Games Corporation has agreed to pay $151.5m after reaching a settlement in its litigation with Shuffle Tech International and other plaintiffs.

The settlement relates to a lawsuit initially brought by SHFL Entertainment against Shuffle Tech, which invented an automatic card shuffler for card tables, and its partners Poydras-Talrick Holdings and Aces Up Gaming.
