French gaming operator PMU has reported a 2 per cent decline in turnover to €2.33bn for the second quarter of 2019, despite a return to growth from horse racing betting in its home market of France.
Total horse racing betting turnover was down marginally by 0.2 per cent year-on-year to €2.14bn, with a 0.5 per cent improvement in turnover from France to €1.88bn offset by a 5 per cent decline in international operator turnover to €265m.
