A Maltese court ruled Friday that an injunction prohibiting platform provider Boss Media from terminating its service contract with online gaming operator Gaming VC (GVC) should remain in place until the court can decide on the merits of the case. GVC has instigated two court proceedings against Boss Media, the first concerning contract termination and a second alleging improper use of the company’s customer database by Boss Media and/or its sister company St. Minver.
