Sports betting technology provider Amelco has been granted approval to launch its products in Pennsylvania.

The Conditional Sports Wagering Manufacturer License allows the company to provide its trading and sports betting platform, including proprietary machine learning tool Quantum Outrights, to its partners.

“I am delighted to confirm regulatory approval from the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board,” said Amelco chief executive officer Paul Manning. “This is a major milestone in terms of Amelco’s growth, and for the US, represents yet another landmark achievement as part of our extensive plans for expansion.

“We look forward to announcing plenty more news in regard to US launches in the months to come.”

Amelco’s US division is currently in the process of securing system certifications from various US test agencies, and is expected to announce additional sports betting partnerships later this year. Amelco’s existing clients include the likes of Flutter Entertainment, GVC Holdings and The Stars Group.
