Germany’s advertising industry association and bookmakers association have joined the growing opposition to the new State Treaty on Gaming which was proposed last week by the leaders of 15 of Germany’s 16 states.
According to the German bookmakers association Deutschen Buchmacherverbandes (DBV), the new State Treaty proposed last week “essentially constitutes a breach of EU law”.
