Singapore Pools is refunding customers who were affected by software glitches in its online TOTO system.
The first glitch caused the number "49" to be omitted from the range of numbers generated by the online Quick Pick option, while the second impacted the Quick Pick System Roll numbers.
Singapore Pools said that the glitches affected an estimated 3 per cent of total TOTO sales but had no impact on how the winning numbers were drawn.
