Swedish betting and gaming operator ATG has won its long-running trademark dispute against rival operator Svenksa Spel.
ATG’s registered name, Aktiebolaget Trav och Galopp, has been registered with Sweden’s Companies Registration Office since 1973, however, Spenska Spel registered a figurative mark containing the words “Trav & Galopp” with the Swedish Patent and Registration Office in 2019.
