Corporate rebrand sees the company’s shares switch to new GRSD ticker symbol on Nasdaq

Gambling.com Group has changed its corporate name to Grandstand to draw a clear distinction from its leading comparison and reviews website.

The company says that it has materially diversified its business beyond performance marketing since its New York IPO in July 2021, with the rebrand reflecting its evolution in sports, gaming and entertainment.

The new corporate name draws a clear distinction from its consumer brand Gambling.com, which will continue to operate as a comparison and reviews website, alongside other consumer brands such as OddsJam, Casinos.com and WhichBingo, as well as the company’s sports data providers OpticOdds and RotoWire.

“Grandstand captures our position as the intelligence layer powering informed decisions for consumers and partners across sports, gaming and entertainment,” said Kevin McCrystle, CEO and co-founder of Grandstand. “The new name Grandstand brings together the broad array of products and services in our portfolio, while also creating room for what we are building now and our long-term roadmap.”

Shares in Grandstand Ltd. (NASDAQ: GRSD) closed 8.15 per cent lower at $1.69 per share in New York Thursday, having set a new 52-week low of $1.67 per share earlier in the day.
