The UK’s Advertising Standards Authority (ASA) has ordered affiliate-turned-operator Broadway Gaming to withdraw an advert from its Butlers Bingo website on the basis that it was misleading players.
In April this year, the mobile home page for the site ButlersBingo.com featured the promotion "Deposit £10. Play £35.”
A complainant challenged whether the ad was misleading as it failed to make clear that a wagering requirement applied before customers could withdraw their winnings.
