The UK's Advertising Standards Authority (ASA) has revised a ruling which banned a Ladbrokes Casino promotion featuring Marvel Comics character Iron Man, despite standing by its original verdict that the character was likely to appeal to children.
The Authority said that while it remained of the opinion that the Iron Man character would appeal to children, it believed that the operator had taken appropriate steps to ensure the promotion in question was not seen by minors.
