PokerStars’ California partners attack ‘bad actor’ clauses

Keith Sharp of law firm Falk & Sharp, representing California's largest card rooms, tells Gaming Intelligence why he believes bad actor clauses are an unnecessary and self-serving addition to Californian iGaming legislation, as negotiations between PokerStars, the Morongo tribe and the card rooms continue.
