Toronto-listed supplier NYX Gaming Group has signed a long-term licensing deal with Austrian bookmaker SKS365, owner of the planetwin365 brand, while at the same time acquiring eGaming Consulting, planetwin365's gaming services supplier.
The minimum five-year global license agreement will see NYX provide poker and related casino games to the operator, with PlanetWin365 set to relaunch on the Ongame poker platform during the final quarter of the year.
