Sydney-listed mobile marketing specialist OtherLevels Holdings has restructured its US operations and consolidated its headquarter activities in order to take advantage of lower costs in Australia.
As part of the changes, the company’s founder Brendan O’Kane will take over as managing director and CEO, replacing incumbent Ramsey Masri, to create “stronger alignment and focus between sales, strategy and engineering.”
