Shares in Canadian iGaming operator Intertain Group closed down almost 10 per cent Monday following the release of an update on the independent committee review into recent allegations by an investment firm.
The review is being conducted by a committee consisting of non-management directors of the business supported by a number of external firms, and was established in response to allegations by New York investment firm Spruce Point Capital Management.
