Sydney-listed betting and fantasy sports operator TopBetta Holdings has received firm commitments to raise AUD$2.6m from institutional investors, with a portion of the funds to be used to launch a new international pooled betting product.
TopBetta will place approximately 14.5m fully paid ordinary shares at $0.18 per share with global and domestic institutional investors to raise the funds.
